Why Create Zonify?
Due to the pandemic over the last two years, small businesses nationwide encountered a shift in values, and because of this, they had to completely revamp their business model. This is because, traditionally, they were relying on two main revenue streams: Business to Business (B2B) and Business to Consumer (B2C). Since Covid-19 forced the B2B market, such as restaurants, institutions, and schools to close down, the need to buy products or services from these small businesses also reduced significantly because they would purchase mainly from large sellers like Amazon or Walmart. Then, small business owners, had to solely rely on B2C markets, – that is mainly the residents, like you and me, in their local community. I created Zonify to help those small and local businesses reach other communities and businesses through a platform for both retail and wholesale markets.
